Infinity is a digital banking platform for your Cash Management, Financial Supply Chain Management and Trade needs across 10 markets.
💡 Overview
Unfortunately due to privacy reasons, I can’t show the bulk of my work during my time at UOB. I was a UX Designer e-Channels, Delivery Group Transaction Banking team where I led design on multiple internal products.

Here are some brief notes about the work I did, primarily focused on ideation and crafting UX copies across different projects.
UX Ideation

What I did
Led the project end to end, driving ideation and design direction while working closely with designers, business analysts, and the product owner. Ensured all user flows were scalable for implementation across multiple Southeast Asian markets, not just Singapore.

What I learnt
Maintained effective communication with business analysts and product owners to understand requirements in a challenging environment. The project experienced heavy Business Analyst turnover, with the original analysts leaving and five new Business Analaysts joining over time, far more than the usual one or two.
UX Copy
UX copy works across different projects.
What I did
• Crafted UX copies for seamless comprehension of the users’ overall journey in Infinity across different projects.
• Ensured that it adheres the the tone of Infinity.
What I Learnt
Always be adaptable. A project experienced heavy Business Analyst turnover, with the original analysts leaving and five new BAs joining over time, far more than the usual one or two.
Effective communication is key. Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to understand requirements in a challenging environment.
Think from different users' perspectives. I learnt to be more empathetic and explain my design in an easy and digestable way.
